Return & Exchange Policy — Kroza.studios
Each of our pieces is a dream brought to life with time, care, and craftsmanship. While we strive for perfection in every detail, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you’ll find all the information regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Returns & Exchanges of Items in Perfect Condition
You may return or exchange an item in perfect condition within 7 calendar days of receiving it, if it doesn't suit your preferences (e.g. size, style).
Conditions for return:
- The item has not been worn or used;
- Original packaging, tags, and seals are intact;
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or cleaning attempts.
Returns are only accepted for pieces from our standard collection. Custom-made items are non-returnable (see section 3).
2. Returns & Exchanges of Items with Defects
If your jewelry arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged due to our fault, we will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund. Each case is handled individually, and requires:
- photo/video evidence of the defect;
- returning the item for inspection (as agreed upon).
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Exceptions to Returns & Exchanges
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- custom-made pieces (including altered sizes, personalized engravings, bespoke designs);
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse;
- items that have been worn, altered, or cleaned by the customer.
4. Return Process & Refund Timeline
- Email us with the subject “Return/Exchange Request for Order No…”
- Describe the issue and attach photos or videos if applicable.
- We’ll coordinate the return method and shipping details with you.
- Once we receive and inspect the item:
- refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method;
- exchanges are completed within 3–10 business days depending on item availability.
Shipping costs:
- covered by the customer for returns of perfect-condition items;
- covered by us if a defect is confirmed.
